Ahead of the scheduled November 6 launch, Australian music-streaming service Guvera has gone live in the Indian market. The service can now be accessed via web browsers as well as official Android application (iOS and Windows Phone apps as well).
Guvera seems to offer both ad-supported as well as ad-free premium plans in the country. The premium plan costs INR 199 per month and offers ad-free experience, ability to create personal playlists, access to select tracks, which are not available to free users and more.
During our cursory look through the Guvera library, we found the catalogue to be limited and not all Indian music labels seem to be on-board, however we will like to wait for the official launch to get more information on the same as the company might still be in the process of getting relevant licenses from content owners.
Guvera offers curated playlists, customisable non-stop radio stations, thousands of tracks from Bollywood as well as international labels, cached music support and more. Not all of these features are available as a part of the free access.
We hope to get more details about Guvera at November 6 launch, till then check out Guvera yourself using the links given below.
