Within days of releasing Desire 310w in China, HTC has announced the global version of the phone in the form of Desire 310. According to the company, Desire 310 will go on sale in Taiwan in April. There is no word on the availability elsewhere right now but we expect the phone to start reaching emerging markets like India soon after.
“Everybody today wants a smartphone that can keep up with them, regardless of whether it is a flagship or entry-level model. The latest addition to our renowned HTC Desire range combines super-fast processing and premium features at a lower price, offering users the best possible experience in this category,” said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC Corporation.
HTC Desire 310 comes with 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 4.5-inch display and a 5MP rear camera. The company has not revealed the detailed specifications of the phone, which we expect to be similar to Desire 310w.
On the software front, HTC has included Blinkfeed and Video Highlights features of the phone, which are a part of the company’s Sense UI.
Along other details, HTC has revealed that Desire 310 will be available in Navy Blue, White and Orange colour options.
