Flipkart taking reservations for Moto E after sell-out

Moto E bookingsAs we reported couple of hours ago, Moto E is out of stock at Flipkart but don’t worry. Flipkart has announced that the consumers, who plan to buy the phone, can order it now but their order will be delivered after the new stocks arrive.

Flipkart is hoping to get the next shipment of Moto E smartphones from Motorola in about seven to ten days. So, you will have wait till then but if you order the phone now, you get the e-retailer’s launch day offers and your order will be ready in line to get shipped as soon as the next stocks reach.

As per the import data on Zauba, Flipkart had imported over 30,000 units for the launch day and all of them seems to have been sold.  To remind you, Moto E had gone on sale at 00:01 AM earlier today and the phone was out of stock within the first 17 hours.

This sell-out is not surprising given the aggressive pricing for the phone by Motorola. The phone comes with 4.3-inch qHD display, dual-core processor, Android 4.4 and KitKat. It also packs a 5MP rear camera, 1980 mAh battery and dual-SIM support.
