Oh Hell No: Skyscraper With Windows That Lean Out
This is a video of 'Tilt!', a new attraction in the John Hancock Tower in Chicago. On the 94th floor there's a wall of windows that tilt from vertical outward so you see the ground better. Or, for a brief second, imagine you're plunging to your death. I remember the last time I rode a Ferris wheel there was a warning that people who are mentally unstable shouldn't ride because they might get the idea to jump out. And they were right, it was all I could think about. Thank God shitting my pants distracted me. Keep going for two videos, the first of the tilt in action, the second of the structural engineer talking about it.
